Bobby was so helpful my son was in an accident and Bobby made towing and storing the car while we waited for the insurance the least stressful part. He is responsive at any time and you can tell he cares about his customers.

Bobby was super easy to work with! I literally called and provided all the details, and he said he would arrive 30 to 45 min later, which turned out to be true! Even though the destination to tow the vehicle is 1 mile away, he didn't even charge the fee for it! It's also cheaper than other places, and Bobby was nice to chat with enroute. I wish I could give a 6/5!

Wow! Bobby, the owner, was great. He was friendly, helpful, and responsive on the phone and at the tow spot. He dropped the truck off perfectly at my home. And the price was amazing! I'll certainly return here next time I need a tow. I highly recommend this business-nobody wants to need a tow truck, but if you do, you cannot beat Medlen!

Our car died in the late evening and Medlen called us right back, took basic info and scheduled a tow asap. Communication during the process was amazing and prompt. I was always in the loop of what was happening. Pricing is absolutely outstanding compared to other companies. Friendly, professional and passionate about his work!

My granddaughter's car broke down in the parking lot of Walgreens at 9PM and I needed to have it towed to a repair shop. Bobby said he could be there in 15 minutes. When he arrived he was very professional and careful loading the car which was in a very difficult position then followed me to the repair shop and dropped off the car.

Called for a tow, fast response would use them in the future. Highly recommend.

Great service! He traveled over 2 and a half hours to move a 14' x 10' tiki bar 35 miles. We didn't know where to turn to get it moved on such short notice. . It had to be moved within 48 hours. He was very reasonably priced for the distance he traveled. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for all your towing needs!
